See the attachment lug on the rear frame for the dynamo? No rear carrier, but black Bluemels mudguards were Koga's specifications for that year. The Racer was also 1.6 kg lighter due to different fitments including 28" wheels as opposed to the specified 27" mounted on the Tourer range.
