See the attachment lug on the rear frame for the dynamo? No rear carrier, but black Bluemels mudguards were Koga's specifications for that year. The Racer was also 1.6 kg lighter due to different fitments including 28" wheels as opposed to the specified 27" mounted on the Tourer range. But what a lovely bike you have there, so enjoy but try to keep her in this condition.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1226654293022445947.post-92080793380395937712020-07-13T04:27:23.176-07:002020-07-13T04:27:23.176-07:00Hmm… I interpret blogs on a analogous issue, howev...Hmm… I interpret blogs on a analogous issue, however i never visited your blog. When they crack like that, it means the helmet is defective. When helmets work they are supposed to squash rather than smash, although they aren't really designed to offer protection for anything much more serious than falling off a stationary or slow moving bike anyway.

As someone who has landed on his skull a few times, I've got to say that they are actually pretty durable on their own...Dr C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/10234078254243840589noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1226654293022445947.post-55835476761241951562012-02-09T09:19:25.035-08:002012-02-09T09:19:25.035-08:00One of the problems I have with weight reduction i...One of the problems I have with weight reduction is that bodies adapt. Lighter wheels would make a bit of a difference, but eventually the body will probably compensate for them by becoming ever so slightly more feeble.
